A Major Outsourcing Company is looking to recruit a SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER.
We require an experienced Senior Radia Support Engineer to work on support, package and configure of Novadigm Radia system.
You should have skills in creating documentation of the current infrastructure and new applications. Must have Windows NT/2000/2003 Desktop + Server support experience.
You will be required to fully support/configure the current Novadigm Radia system, package and document new application requests, document the current Novadigm environment/system.
You will occasionally be required to travel other sites in the country (South, Midland & North including Glasgow) and work some weekend during deployment of packaged applications. You will also be required to provide Server support (Win NT,2K,2003) as and when required. (Were after a skilled individual who has knowledge of diagnosing, supporting, packaging and configuring of Novadigm Radia system. Must also be able to provide day to day support on Servers (Windows NT4/2000/2003), Desktops/Laptops.(NT4/2000/XP))
