ERP Software/Application Support Analyst required by our Bracknell, Berkshire based client to provide application support to field consultants and customers, including diagnostics, troubleshooting and debugging systems and software problems. To be considered for this post you must have 2+yrs experience in an application support, product support or similar role combined with a good knowledge of accounting principles and double entry bookkeeping, experience of ERP software support or implementation, knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and a strong customer service ethic. Knowledge of general business practices within the manufacturing or services sector would also be an advantage.
