Leading digital company are seeking an experienced 1st/2nd line helpdesk engineer. You will provide frontline support for PCs, printers, telephone switches and video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a support environment for XP, 2000, 2003, running MS Exchange 2000/2003 with Office. PC configuration and troubleshooting is essential, coupled with basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS etc.) Remote access config, and Active Directory administration is also essential.
