Our client, a small but growing company based in Oadby, South Leicester. We provide bespoke web application development software to web design firms, marketing companies, and advertising agencies. We have an immediate vacancy for a Software Account Manager/ Junior Database Programmer role. Responsibilities will include liaising in a highly professional manner with our customers to identify their requirements and producing proposals/specifications accordingly. The proposals need to be written to an excellent English standard, and easily understood yet comprehensive enough for both our clients and our developers to work with. The successful applicant will also be required to make minor modifications to software, so a good understanding of database design and OO programming techniques is essential. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in dealing direct with customers in a technical capacity, have an excellent & clear telephone manner, and have a strong knowledge of the web.
