Customer Care Manager
West Sussex, Near Bognor Regis
Up to £45,000 depending upon experience + Relocation Package + Private Health Care, Final Salary Pension, 25 Days Holiday, and Company Bonus Plan.

The role:
They are a progressive and fast growing company and coupled with rapid market growth, they are actively recruiting the following visionary and enterprising team players with drive who wish to genuinely contribute to the group's success.
Do you have a proven experience of managing all aspects customer care support? Do you have a technical appreciation of telecom energy system products, solutions and services? Do you have the experience of structuring and implementing customer service procedures, policies, and CRM systems? If yes, then they should be interested to hear from you. To be successful in this role you should be at least a technical graduate, or similar, and have some years experience of customer support and management in a technical or engineering domain.
To attract the right individual for this role they are offering a relocation package.
