Customer Service Coordinator
Up to £19K depending upon experience
Can you provide high quality first line support for business clients? Can you provide seamless and efficient resolution to customers' technical requests? Can you liaise with production teams to ensure customer orders are prioritised and progressed successfully? If yes, then we should be interested to hear your confident telephone manner and of your prioritising skills and flexible attitude.
To be successful in this role you should have 2 to 3 years customer service experience, preferably in a business to business environment, and have a minimum of 2 A'Levels, or NVQ 3 in Customer Service, or equivalent.
