Customer Service Representative - Customer Service Advisor
Gloucestershire, Bristol
£11,000 - £12,500 + performance related bonus + a contributory pension + 23 days annual leave
As a world leading Financial Services Company, our client knows that achieving success is built on some very simple foundations. Listen to your customers, communicate the benefits of your products and be efficient in the way you deliver your service. That is why they are after you. They are currently looking to recruit a number of customer services advisors to work in their office based by Bristol Parkway.
The role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be dealing with inbound calls. When a call comes in, they need a dependable pair of hands to ensure that their customers have a positive experience of dealing with them as an organization. Calls are not scripted so they are looking for someone who can think on their feet and deal with a number of situations, ranging from giving quotes over the phone to dealing with customer claims coming in. This is a permanent position and people are expected to remain in the role for at least 12-18 months.
The ideal Customer Service Representative will have the following skills:
- Good communication skills on the phone
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard knowledge
- The ability to deal with calls from a variety of customers, which can include individuals, brokers or sales people
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and establish relationships with customers
No previous experience is needed as full training will be given. In exchange for your hard work, a competitive salary of between £11,000 - £12,500 will be awarded, along with a performance related bonus, a contributory pension, a friendly open plan office environment and 23 days annual leave.
