Customer Services Assistant
up to £12,000 Dep. on Exp.
Birmingham, Smethwick
Our client is an international manufacturer and UK supplier of industrial, corporate and specialist clothing and footwear. They currently seek to recruit a Customer Services Assistant.
Experience and skills required:
- Knowledge of all Windows Office software essential
- Good telephone and communication skills essential
- Team player who can also work on own initiative
- Meet regular tight dead lines for both customers and internal requirements.
- Experience of problem solving and general service enquiries
- Knowledge of clothing and footwear preferred.
Your duties will include:
- Day to day external and internal communication and call handling
- Attending Meetings
- Enquiries & Quotations & Review of Prices
- Input Sales orders
- Handle Stock Item Enquiries & liaising with customers and Sales Managers
- Understanding of ISO standards
- Handling and resolving customers issues
- Order Chasing – All Suppliers
- Liaison with all internal company departments and associated companies.
You will receive a competitive package of up to £12,000, dependent on experience. Hours are 9-5 (with some flexibility needed).
