Insurance Claims Negotiator / Insurance Claims Advisor / Insurance Claims Handler

As a world leading Financial Services Company, our client knows that achieving success is built on some very simple foundations. Listen to your customers, communicate the benefits of your products and be efficient in the way you deliver your service. They are looking to recruit a Claims Negotiator to work within the European Motor Claims department based in Bolton.
Your role will be to provide an efficient and effective claims service, and to achieve the most cost-effective settlement of claims, minimising claims leakage. You will work in compliance with policy terms, conditions and company strategy.
Skills, knowledge and behaviour:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of French would be desirable but not essential
- An ability to question facts
- An eye for detail in analysing information
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Customer focused - calm, helpful approach
