Customer Experience Manager – Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
West Yorkshire
c£40,000 DOE
Our client is proud to be partnering one of the UK's most successful companies, home to iconic brands rich in kudos and aspirational quality. Due to this company's phenomenal growth and rapid expansion, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Manager.
The Role
* Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Reward, you will be tasked with taking full advantage of all relative data on customer information, then interpreting and developing a segmented database to launch then manage customer relationships
* Developing and implementing systems of communications to further brand loyalty, create opportunities, and heighten product awareness with an end result of maximising revenue and ultimately exceeding customer's expectations.
* Managing and mentoring a team of outbound customer relationship executives
* Develop day to day strategies to communicate promotions
* Monitor and evaluate campaign successes
The Person
* Ideally you will possess a tangible and proven track record with CRM, ideally working for a leading consumer focussed organisation or brand
* Naturally you will have strong and proven analytical skills and an understanding of customer behaviour analysis
* Experience of working within an outbound call centre environment, with exposure to sales, complaints, retentions and customer service
* Of course you'll be a self starter, highly motivated, passionate and driven to ultimately build and develop an efficient and productive CRM department
