Customer Services Officer / Account Manager - French Speaking

£17,000 - £19,000 + Pension Scheme + Bonus Scheme

Our client is the worlds leading advanced structural materials company, with annual sales in excess of $1 billion. They are looking to hire a French speaking Customer Services Officer.
The role:
They are currently looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Services Officer to join their busy team. This role will require you to manage customer accounts and be the internal focal point for customer enquiries and sales. This role is based within a strong team environment, yet the tasks focus upon individual customer accounts and responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal departments and Hexcel customers on a daily basis. You will also need a clear and confident telephone and email manner.
This role would be ideal for someone who is self motivated, likes to work on their own initiative and is happy to organise their own workload to meet customer needs and deadlines.
Previous experience within customer service environments would be a distinct advantage.
