Customer Service & Sales Advisor

£14,000 Basic
Our client is a company with a turnover in the region of £40 million per annum and a wide product portfolio. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Advisor.
Job Purpose
As, Customer Service & Sales Advisor you will provide 1st Class Level of ADT Customer Service, be the first Point of Contact for ADT though 0800 / 0808 numbers, convert new & existing customer sales enquiries into appointments / sales / orders, and maximise revenue earning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Advisor will be to convert sales enquiries into confirmed appointments; to convert web & phone sales to order; to promote the company's Brand to customer; to deal with all inbound general voice enquiries within any defined timescales, escalating any complaint calls where appropriate to the relevant department; to give the company's customers accurate information on product, policies and procedures as part of the sales process; to promote current company special offers & campaigns, maximising conversion to appointment / sales; to identify opportunities to cross & upsell the company products and Services; to ensure that all quality monitoring, customer satisfaction standards, productivity, sales & appointment targets are consistently achieved or exceeded; to accurately action paperwork / system requirements within timeframes; to produce reports and admin tasks as and when required; to undertake additional tasks required by the Telemarketing Manager as required.

The ideal Customer Service & Sales Advisor will be customer focused and reliable, self-motivated and results driven, quality orientated, have a determination for success, resilient, flexible and adaptable as well as reliable.
Specific job skills
The Customer Service & Sales Advisor will have good keyboard skills, good communication skills, good working knowledge of sales systems and procedures together with telephone systems. They will also have a good knowledge of company products and services provided, good sales skills, good customer service skills as well as be friendly and energetic. You will also need to show respect to and demonstrate your ability to be part of a team and you will finally possess good knowledge of company policies, procedures and processes.
