Probe Games is recruiting on behalf of one of the World's largest computer games development studios. Our client has created a persistent online Universe inhabited by millions of players involved in an epic storyline. Over 4.5 million people play our clients Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) and with this huge following, good customer service is one of their key priorities.
You will come from a background of solid customer service experience, in a call centre environment or a large organisation. You will be required to manage a team of up to 15 people making quality work and productivity a key priority. Experience of 1 to 1 coaching and performance management is also an essential requirement. At least one years experience in managing a team of 5 or more is required, a good grasp of word and excel and excellent written English skills will be highly beneficial.
