Our client is one of the largest integrated property services businesses in the United Kingdom. Their 2000 employees are based in 275 offices across the UK, offering an extensive range of services through their diverse group of subsidiary companies, which include many well known high street names: Mortgages Direct, Wolton Chartered Surveyors, haart, Spicer McColl, Darlows, Felicity J. Lord. Their Business Generation Unit, based at their Head Office in Colchester supports their network of Estate Agency branches. There are three main teams at this location: the ‘Listings Generation team', The ‘Legal Sales team' and the new ‘Mortgage Appointment Generation team'. This is a busy and powerful contact centre environment.
In order to further progress their team, they we are looking to recruit a Call Centre / Estate Agency Trainer to manage the training, coaching and development of all staff within the Contact Centre. This is an exciting role for someone with Call Centre sales experience that would like to progress into the Training arena.
Responsibilities:
• Provide an input in the design & structure of new & existing training
• Undertake all induction & development training for the division
• Monitor calls and performance with the Call Centre Managers and offer training and coaching resources as required
• Deliver one to one and group training
• Recognise and maximise opportunities to develop staff
• Undertake training needs analysis
• Create and manage ongoing training programmes / budget
• Evaluate and continuously improve all training undertaken
For this position you will need:
• Previous training delivery within a sales environment, contact centre or Estate Agency Experience.
• Excellent customer service ethic
• First-rate presentation / training skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Leadership & coaching abilities
You will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus additional hours as required by the role. You will also be entitled to 20 days annual leave as well as company sick pay. The salary is £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary plus benefits.
