Due to continued growth, the company is now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Co-ordinator / Sales Support Co-ordinator, based in Ashton-in Makerfield, Wigan, Lancashire.
The Role of Customer Services Co-ordinator / Sales Support Co-ordinator:
- Responsible for providing desk sales support to current and prospective customers including making offers, order processing, handling enquiries for responsible accounts or territory.
- Responsible for providing product and service support to customers and ensure that they receive the best possible service.
The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Services Co-ordinator / Sales Support Co-ordinator:
1. An experienced Customer/Sales Support co-ordinator
2. Customer focused
3. Excellent administrative / clerical abilities
4. Computer literate with knowledge of SAP an advantage
5. Team spirit
6. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
7. Flexible and self-motivated
