Dynamic Customer Service Staff £13k + Bonus
We are looking for a dynamic, customer focused individual to work in our clients Sheffield based office.
The main duties included in your role will include but not be limited to:
Respond to all customer requirements
Answer telephone calls within a specified target time
Responding to client complaints via Fax, E-mail and Phone etc
Log and progress all complaints
The right person for the job will have one year’s previous experience in a similar environment
In return our client offers a competitive basic salary of £13,000 + Bonus
