Do you have excellent Customer Service skills? Are you confident on the telephone and dealing with customers? Are you able to prioritise workloads from a wide range of tasks in order to meet deadlines? Are you fluent in French in verbal and written communications?
If so, this is a great opportunity to further your career within Customer Service for a large, well known Internet business operating in the marine industry and based in Fareham, Hampshire. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist for the French speaking market. This is a busy and exciting role in a rapidly growing company dealing with a large and varied client base in a predominantly business to business environment.
The ideal applicant will have good working knowledge of MS Office Software including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook with a good understanding of how databases and CRM tools work. Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage.
