One of the leading and most successful Games developers in the UK has an opening within their customer care department. Based in the heart of Cambridge the company is known for it's market leading online games with millions of players supported by a dynamic and energetic customer service team.
Your role will be to develop a complete training program for the customer care team. Responsible for the individual training of each member of the team you will have at least 1 years experience in the training life cycle. A high level of IT computer skills are essential with the ability to get quickly up to speed with a number of bespoke software packages and train the team to do the same. Degree level education and a passion for games and the industry as a whole would be seen as beneficial.
