Your role will be the manage this team and improve it's productivity, therefore experience in managing a small team is essential. You will have experience in coaching employees in a customer service environment and also have a good grasp of common office software such as Microsoft Excel & Word. An understanding of project management, change management and working a team towards targets will be seen as beneficial qualities. A passion for games and the industry as a whole will also help your motivation and ability to motivate your team.

This role offers the choice to work shifts including weekdays 6pm to 2am & 2pm to 10pm or for the night shift role midnight to 10am 4 days on, three days off.
