Customer Services Manager - Telecoms Market

My Brighton, East Sussex based Telecoms provider is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager with team leading experience.

Duties will include managing reception, faults, log-ins, engineering, billing so previous work experience within the telecoms industry is advantagous. Team management and strong leadership skills are also important.

Basic salary is around £25,000 plus benefits.
