Our client is a dynamic, company providing asset and equipment maintenance management programmes for clients predominately operating in the bio-pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Their clients are based in the UK, France, Germany and the USA. They are a fast growing company with over 20 employees based in St. Johns, Woking.
They have a vacancy in each of their French and English customer servicing departments. The duties of this role include:
1. liaising with clients and suppliers, by phone and in writing;
2. assisting colleagues in the compilation of documents (such as contracts and invoices);
3. handling client requests for equipment servicing;
4. up maintenance requests systematically to ensure successful resolution;
5. scheduling regular routine maintenance visits;
6. assisting in record filing.
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
1. have a high standard of written and spoken English;
2. possessing a professional and mature telephone manner;
3. numerate
4. perform data entry with consistency and accuracy and keen attention to detail; and
5. be highly organized.
Fluency in French is preferred – and is essential if applying for the French vacancy.
The role would suit a more mature candidate. On the job training will be provided.
