Kelly Services requires Customer Service Advisors for a 3 month temporary contract with an immediate start working for a large Insurance company based within the city centre of Glasgow. After 3 monthe there may be the opportunity of a permanent contract. This is an inbound call centre environment where you are required to handle a wide variety of customer enquiries, relating to existing pension scheme's.

Full training is provided. Candidates should have at least 3 months previous call centre experience within the last 12 months, an excellent telephone manner and basic PC skills are also required. Candidates must be fully flexible to work between 8am -8pm Monday - Friday on a rotation shift basis and to be available to work the occassional Saturday.
