That is why they are after you, and are looking to currently recruit for a number of a customer services advisers to work in offices based Bristol Parkway.
When a call comes in the company, they need a dependable pair of hands to ensure that customers have a positive experience of dealing with them as an organisation. Calls are not scripted so they are looking for someone who can think on their feet and deal with a variety of enquiries. This is a permanent position, people are expected to remain in the role for at least 12-18 months.
Candidates need to have the following skills:
- Good communicators on the phone
- Basic computer literacy and keyboard knowledge
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and establish relationships with customers.
A competitive salary of between £11,000 and £12,500 is available, alongside a performance related bonus, contributory pension, a friendly, open plan office environment and 23 days' annual leave. To apply, please simply send your CV via the button shown.
