Our client intends to strengthen its Norwich-based deployment team and is intends to recruit further Weekend Deployment Co-Ordinators. The company is a leading national provider of household services and operates with a team of engineers working at branch level. The roles currently available are for weekend co-ordinators working 22 hours over a Saturday and Sunday. The Deployment Co-Ordinator role is to effectively manage the productivity of engineers, by scheduling, completing and driving the acceptance rate of jobs, to ensure targets are achieved and the customer is delighted by the experience. You will have experience of working intensively on the telephone and will be able to demonstrate an easy ability to communicate in this way. You will also be computer literate and possess mature sales skills. You will have a persuasive communication style; demonstrate hunger for the sale and have the ability to overcome objections and gain satisfaction from generating or closing a sale.
