The successful candidates will be joining an established and growing Helpdesk team offering 1st Level support to PMS/Epos/Pos (till) and other automated till system users
No prior Helpdesk experience required, as full training will be provided.Ability to speak a second European language useful.
Proven customer service skills, a polite and professional attitude and good attention to detail.
Flexibility, a team player and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment are essential.
No technical certifications required though must have a good standard of IT knowledge, (eg: MS Outlook, Excel) and possess a desire and aptitude for developing this area.
You must have practical experience within A retail environment (High street shop)OR serving drinks behind a bar and have gained working knowledge of the automated till systems. Own transport would be helpful. Great opportunity to build a successful career with a long established company.
