Customer Service Officer.
Location Leicester – Bede House – Western Boulevard.
Salary & Package Salary c. £11,625 + profit sharing opportunity, free final salary pension and a choice of benefits, plus bonus opportunity of up to 10% of salary.
Hours F/T – 12pm - 8pm Mon-Fri, P/T – 4pm-10pm or 5pm-11pm Mon – Fri.
Part time and Full time shift patterns will also be considered between the hours of 8am – 7pm.

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service advisors within our telephony centre based in Leicester
The types of business conducted in a Telephony call centre range from general account queries and ordering cheque books, statements and plastic cards, to generating leads for insurance and credit cards.
On a weekly basis, we deal with approximately 1.5 million incoming calls as well as making additional outbound calls to customers, informing them of Group products that would suit their lifestyles.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of customer service in any telephone contact.
Respond to and action the customers’ needs, defined productivity and performance standards.
Provide information regarding products and services using standard guidelines, procedures and systems.
Ensure ongoing awareness of changes in products and services and unit policy in order to provide best advice to customers.
