Working in a busy service department the role will initially involve supporting a senior service advisor in their day to day duties. When familiar with the role the successful candidate will be expected to join in with all the activities on the service desk including -
- meeting and greeting customers
- booking in work
- chasing work through the workshop
- arranging and presenting bills
- and managing warranty claims to name but a few.
