Our client operates a national Missing Pets Register and works closely with 12,000 pet care organisations. This includes major Charities, Rescue Centres, Dog Wardens, the Police and Vets. Should your pet go missing they will help you to get your pet back. They also offer Petback Protect, a scheme which provides lifetime protection for your pet. Should your pet ever go missing, full details will be transferred into the Missing Pets Register free of charge.
The company currently seeks to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join the existing team of 26. You will have a real passion for animals, and will be comfortable on the telephone.
Successful candidates will be dealing with incoming calls only, there will be NO cold calling. You must have a good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. You will be dealing with calls from the general public, and advising them on the company's service. Full training will be given.
Available are temporary positions with a pay rate of £5.15 per hour and permanent positions with an OTE of £17,000-£21,000. The office is open from 8.00am to 10.00pm with advisors working 8 hour shifts.
