They believe their people are, quite simply, the best at what they do - and they're now looking for people to build on their performance as part of the Customer Services team in Tunbridge Wells.
Based in a modern telephone-based service environment, you will be talking with customers – dealing with enquiries, providing new customers with documentation, issuing invoices and statements of accounts to Corporate customers, handling claims and providing first-class support at all times. Although PC literacy is essential, you don't need relevant industry experience. As long as you have the empathy, enthusiasm and communication skills we're looking for, the company's training programme will do the rest.
We are looking for people with problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, integrity and discretion, a good eye for detail and a passion for customer service. Numeracy, listening and keyboard skills are essential.

Salaries start at £14,500 rising to £22,020 as your performance and contribution to the business grows. The company is open 8am to 8pm, working 35 hours shifts per week. Flexibility is required, so some days will commence at 8am and some end at 8pm.
