Based in our client's modern telephone-based service environment, you will be talking with customers for up to six and a half hours a day – dealing with enquiries, identifying and taking opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to customers' needs and providing first-class support at all times. Although PC literacy is essential, you don't need relevant industry experience. As long as you have a passion for customers, drive to succeed and communication skills we're looking for, the company's training programme will do the rest.
We are looking for people with problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, integrity and discretion, a good eye for detail and a passion for customer service. Listening and keyboard skills are essential and experience in a sales environment is desired.
And what about the rewards? Well, they're everything you would expect from a growing part of this successful group. Salaries start at £14,500 rising to £22,020 as your performance and contribution to the business grows.
