Team Leader, Household Insurance Based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire Short Term Contract 6-12 months Our client, provides a comprehensive range of Personal Insurance products for some of the UK’s largest Trade Unions and the “not for profit” sector. They are in the process of implementing a new General Insurance Administration System and are looking for a Team Leader with Household insurance claims experience to join their successful Customer Services team on a short-term contract (6 - 12 Months) Leading, coaching, motivating and supporting your team, you will be expected to ensure that they contribute to the achievement of the overall departmental service standards. You will be accountable for the management, performance and development of your team, carrying out team briefings, reviewing staff training requirements and competencies. In addition, you will have your own personal accountabilities for ensuring that the department is, among other things, complying with relevant regulations, handling complaints effectively and adequately planning for resources to meet demands.
