Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Operator looking for the opportunity to join one of the top UK companies where your efforts will receive the rewards they truly deserve? Our Client is the UK's leading provider of electronic fire and security solutions - supplying integrated security applications and electronic article surveillance, as well as fire detection, alarm systems and gaseous extinguishing solutions to a wide range of people and high profile organisations.

Your role will be to maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with both internal and external customers, dealing effectively and efficiently with calls and alarms and logging details to the alarm monitoring database.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers in a professional manner
- Handling alarm signals from customers premises, passing these events on to the relevant authority, i.e Police and Fire Brigade
- Accurately recording all events on the company database
- Making changes to customer database in response to verbal requests with identification and written requests
- Ensure all problems and potential problems that cannot be resolved by your actions are escalated to Team Leader
- Maintain company standards of customer relationships and confidentiality
- Adhere to company procedures and deadlines

Knowledge and Requirements:
- Accurate keyboard skills, excellent telephone manner
- Ability to communicate with customers, both internally and externally
- Customer service experience would be advantageous
- Training will be given on company software
