Our Client is the UK's leading distributor of telecommunications products, with an annual turnover exceeding £50 million and nearly 200 staff. Due to continued growth, they urgently require a dynamic Outbound Customer Service Sales Administrator.
Working as part of a friendly customer services team you will be dealing with outbound sales calls to existing clients; you will ensure they receive relevant information; process their order and where possible, upsell related products if required.
You will be competitive and an excellent communicator – written and verbally. Strong office and sales experience are essential.
Telecommunications knowledge would be desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
