Looking for a bright, enthusiastic Customer Services professional with a leaning towards IT, to handle inbound calls from a large and varied Customer base. Calls will be mainly concerning hardware faults, and the successful applicant will be responsible for analysing the fault, and either resolving it over the telephone or for suggesting appropriate parts for the Field Engineering Staff.
