Our client is expanding their customer service function at Salford Quays and currently seek Customer Service Advisers to be their first-line support to their members. You will have a customer focus, supported by an enthusiasm for resolving queries.
Our client is the UK's leading company offering services and support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and other financial intermediaries.
A background in financial services or appropriate qualifications is an advantage but not essential. If you are not FPC qualified, our client will sponser and support you through this, which will provide you with a great stepping stone into the Financial Services Industry.
As the first point of contact for their customers your role will involve handling varied telephone calls and resolving technical issues. You should possess first-class communication and listening skills, with the ability to work in a close-knit team. You will undergo a six week training programme that will equip you to meet the demands of the role.
