EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR BI-LINGUAL FRENCH, GERMAN, SPANISH or ITALIAN SPEAKER IN NEWCASTLE AREA. Our client, a world leader in IT systems, currently require a native French, German, Italian or Spanish speaker for a bi-lingual customer service post. Candidates must also speak fluent English. The role will require a good IT knowledge and an excellent appreciation of customer service. You will be responsible for providing first line support to client customers within their native market and resolve problems and issues in a professional and courteous way. Full training is provided and excellent opportunities exist for advancement and professioanl development. Positions will initially be offered for a 3 month period with a view to a permanent offer after this time. Candidates should be local to Newcastle or be able to relocate and start on 13th September.
