European Order Process Specialist, Telecomms, Bilingual, London, c.£35K
European Order Process Specialist required to to support a virtual team across 9 European countries though the effective development, implementation and performance analysis of order control processes.
Essential Skills & Experience include:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services, Project Management and / or within a Provisioning leadership role. A demonstrable track record in process management and analysing and reporting process performance against is essential. Experience is likely to have been gained within an international telecommunications/ISP environment.
* Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & Access is essential.
* A basic knowledge of IP and networking products and services is essential
* Fluency in English + one other major European language
* Knowledge of Sage Tetra and of high volume/value invoicing systems is advantageous
* Awareness of Quality management systems – ISO:9001 or process management methodology is advantageous
* Supervisory experience would also be desirable although this role is not responsible for direct reports
You should also possess leadership skills, Project Management, good communication and problem analysis skills. You must also be self-motivated and a lateral thinker, enjoying problem solving and working to deadlines. You should have the ability to work to differing process & maintain control and the confidence to work on your own initiative and to make your own decisions. Regular travel across Europe is an integral part of the role.
