Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Sales Advisor with knowledge of digital cameras and experience of dealing with customers on the phone. They are a fast growing, highly successful, family owned retailer of digital cameras, and applicants will require knowledge of these and related products.
Based in an office/warehouse at Staples Corner around a mile from Brent Cross in London, NW2, the business doesn't have an actual shop as they are mail order only - customers either place orders online or call their sales line. Their product range has increased to include digital camcorders, iPods and satellite navigation systems. Their range will further increase over the next year. They pride themselves on their excellent customer service – they have over 50,000 satisfied customers - and the positive feedback they receive about their service is one of the main reasons customers choose to buy from them.
The Customer Service Advisor/Sales Advisor will deal with all incoming enquiries, including:
- Taking orders over the phone
- Dealing with customer queries
- Upholding the company's reputation for excellent customer service
- Processing online orders
- Working 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for someone:
- With at least some experience of dealing with customers over the phone.
- With a very good phone manner.
- Who is very comfortable using programs such as Word and Excel.
- With knowledge of the digital camera marketplace, and an interest in photography / gadgets
