Our client is a leader in financial accounting, corporate performance management and regulatory compliance software solutions. They are currently looking for someone to join their Client Management team on a one year fixed term contract. Their client base covers users across a range of business sectors and products. This position offers home working for candidates based in the Midlands or South East. Travel to client sites will be an essential part of this role.
As Client Manager, you will act as the company's key point of contact for the client organisation, you will develop long-term business relationships with clients and ensure that the company understands the client's present as well as future business requirements. Please note this is not a sales or business development role, it is a relationship management role.
Key responsibilities:
• To promote the company's products and services to existing clients
• To ensure that systematic contact is maintained with all allocated clients
• To identify revenue opportunities within existing customer base
• To extend the use of the company's products
• To act as a facilitator for client interaction with all the company's internal departments
• To promote the benefits of moving to the latest release of the company's products
• To ensure that accurate records and contacts are maintained
• To provide weekly management information
• To keep the company's client records up-to-date and complete
• To ensure that maintenance is correctly invoiced and authorised for payment by the client
• To ensure that the relationship is co-ordinated across sales, consultancy and support
There is a basic salary of £25,000 – £30,000 and a variable element of £3,000 + car allowance. Benefits include pension, private health care and 25 days holiday per annum.
