A vacancy has arisen for the above role within this Blue Chip company which would ideally suit a graduate candidate of 2:2 and above.
As one of the market leaders in this particular field, your prime function will be to provide a cost effective and pro-active delivery of services to meet customer requirements, by building and maintaining a team of trained manpower within a defined geographical area within the personal and corporate security industry.
The successful candidate will be capable of demonstrating his or her management skills by motivating and developing individuals. This would include the ability to assess their performance along with being responsible to working on your own initiatives and deadlines.
Your commitment to ensuring staff have the required facilities, documentation and skills to confirm requirements will demonstrate your strong communication skills coupled with your ability to solving problems and being driven by continually improve the service to your customers.
Attention to controlling and reducing labour costs with excellent organisational skills is paramount. Applicants should hold a full driving licence. Previous experience within an office environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
