Each industry faces very different issues, but in all cases, in today's increasingly mission critical environments, downtime is simply not an option.
The opportunity …. To lead a Pan-European technical support team responsible for the primary reactive service to customers requiring a 24x7 response.
So, who are you?
* Do you have exceptional customer relationship skills internally and externally in all customer/partner environments?
* Do others see you as a role model in the delivery of customer service?
* Do you have experience of working with and in a product/solution sales process?
* An excellent people manager with proven experience of managing and developing technical staff across multiple geographies and cultures?
* Do you have the ability to understand and connect technical and business issues whilst developing positive and productive internal and external relationships?
* A confident and seasoned professional, innovative, self-sufficient and self-managing?
This position requires international travel and flexible working including availability 24x7.
