Our client seeks a strong leader to further elevate and develop the international support structure of this leading developer and provider of Trading and Risk Management Systems, based in the heart of the city.

The position will provide direction for the organization to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and develop and implement new tools and processes to achieve this. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator at all levels, able to manage and implement change in a highly dynamic environment. The ability to work under pressure, assume responsibility for the team and act on own initiative are all essential. You will develop and implement a strategy that creates and maintains a world class global customer support organization, and will manage day-to-day aspects of Technical Support Policy and procedure for global support. Some limited travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will have evidence of excellence in leading a support organization to world class status and a working knowledge of the company's products. Additional requirements will include:

* A relevant degree
* 3+ years' experience of leading a technical support organization
* Experience in challenging and improving on current processes and practices
* A second European language useful
