Customer Service Representative, CSR, Mobile, Good promotional prospects! London, to 17K + 4K Bonus paid monthly
Uk’s largest communications service provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative, CSR .
Main responsibilities:
To complete all incoming calls promptly with maximum first time resolution, communicating with
customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. As a support role, you will need to ensure
the department is well organised and targets are met.
Experience / qualifications:
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer services experience and the determination to succeed within a fast paced,pressurised environment
Applicants must be fully committed to their ongoing training and development
The ability to work on your own initiative is essential
• Self motivated, persistent and determined
• Ability to sell, negotiate and close a deal
• Outgoing, lively and a positive outlook towards people
The department is young and growing. There will be promotional prospects within the department as
it grows.
