Vectone is an innovative global telecommunications company, with its headquarters in Camry Wharf, London. We are a market leader in the distribution and sale of prepaid calling cards and the provider of a growing Internet Telephony service called PC2Call.com
We are looking for Swedish speaking individuals for our customer Services Team based at our Customer service and Sales centre in Barking. You will be logging incoming calls and dealing with telephone enquiries from clients. We are looking for individuals who will work a number of different shifts but we are also looking for weekend cover. We will establish the balance of the schedule with you to take into account both your lifestyle and our needs.
We will provide full on-the-job training.
Essentially we are looking for individuals who can display the following skills
· Good written and spoken Swedish and English · The ability to remain calm under pressure
· Good PC skills
· Adaptability and responsibility
· Flexibility
