This large international company are looking for Customer Service Rep to join their busy team. This is initially a 6 month temp role but with a view to going permanent. Your hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm and you will be paid an hourly rate of £5.50 per hour. You will have a high amount of liasing between the account management team and your clients in a challenging and fun environment. The key position involves receiving inbound calls from wholesale and retail establishments within the Pet Care Sector and you will be the primary contact, providing solutions to queries as well as administrative support and customer service support to the Sales Team. You may also be required to make some out-bound calls, including sales and motivation calls. You must have excellent sales/communications skills, MS office skills and a determination to succeed.
