Our client is a leading international ISP based in London, their services include Web Hosting, VPN, Internet Security, Lease Lines and Broadband connectivity.
Based out of London you will work work on a shift basis, you have the choice either to work nights or days. The position will be the first point of contact for our clients' business customers across Europe. You will be responsible for complaints, raising technical issues and dealing with customers face to face.
