Head of Customer Information and Processes – Healthcare Services
Based in London with extensive UK travel

Our client is a brand leader in private healthcare providing a diverse portfolio of innovative products and services to a predominantly blue-chip client base. They now wish to appoint a Head of Customer Information and Processes to be a key member of the Senior Management team and able to play a central role in delivering their ambitious growth strategy.
Reporting to the divisional Managing Director, this new position requires an exceptional relationship management professional/management information specialist to analyse, identify and realise the competitive advantage to be gained through delivery of management information that demonstrates the impact of effective healthcare provision to a blue-chip customer base.
The successful candidate will:
Work with key stakeholders to identify information that will add value to the overall service proposition;
Develop ways of gathering and processing data to generate high quality reports for corporate customers;
Manage the systems support and training function, particularly assisting sales and operations;
Co-ordinate internal development and project management resources and ensure that key change management projects in the information area are well planned and successfully delivered;
Work with the wider group business information function and contribute to the development of systems to produce a single suite of group-wide corporate customer reports;
Manage the relationship with Group IS/IT personnel.
Whilst good IT skills and a broad understanding of technical issues are required, this is not a technical IT role. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrably successful track record analyzing and managing the customer interface in an environment where service delivery expectations are high. Significant energy, a proactive approach and the ability to contribute to the strategic development of the business will be essential. In addition to a commitment to delivering added value to all stakeholders, first class analytical and problem solving skills and well-developed commercial acumen will be prerequisites.
