My client is currently undergoing major change. It is a marvelous opportunity to join a leading, strong branded organisation where delivering service excellence is top of the agenda
My clients customer base is supported by a vibrant call centre operation where turning enquiries into bookings is the number one objective.The call centre itself is also part of a major change programme.
We are looking for a number of Team Managers to work with the New Call Centre Manager in implementing the change programme whilst at the same time achieving service and operational objectives.
You will be passionate about delivering service and developing people. You will come from a call centre environment first and foremost. Telesales experience is welcomed as is your team management expertise.
You will be self-starter and someone who is comfortable in an environment where people are encouraged to make things happen. You will thrive on change and be expected to champion it within your team.
We are looking for Team Managers to cover the following hours
Team Manager 1-Monday- Friday 0745am-4.15pm-37hours
Team Manager 2-Monday-Thursday-1245pm-9.15pm-30 hours
Team Manager3-Saturday and Sunday 8.45am-9.15pm and Friday 1245pm-9.15pm-26.5 hours
These positions are all based in Essex and the salaries are GBP20k excellent benefits ( pro rata to hours worked )
