Our Client is seeking a number of Customer Service Support Technicians with Spanish & Italian speaking skills. Candidates must have the ability to resolve technical problems quickly and to be able to work positively in a team, sharing product knowledge and current information. We need dynamic, customer-focused professionals who can trouble-shoot effectively and professionally. A full understanding of the configurations of operating systems is needed; plus experience in DOS, Windows 3.x and Windows 9X, NT, CE. Other useful areas include Palm OS, IRDA technologies, Internet (IP) technologies and general data communications. These positions may also suit language graduates with a strong technical aptitude or those with retail, PC building or customer service experience.
All staff are placed on an intensive set of training courses and exercises to ensure a thorough knowledge is gained of the concepts and technologies involved in Mobile Data Communications.
