*** CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES REQUIRED IN NEWCASTLE *** Based in the heart of NEWCASTLE, our client, a global contact centre, is currently looking for individuals with a SALES, TELESALES or CUSTOMER SERVICES background to join their team. Applicants should have experience in sales/telesales with good commercial awareness and be computer literate. For this specific role you will be working on a campaign for a global IT organisation, where you will be telephone based product support for their range of products. Full product knowledge training will be provided for this role. Any fluent foreign language skills (French/German/Italian/Spanish) would definitely be an advantage In return we are offering between £11000-£12000 per annum and the chance of development within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
